PRA meeting in Satu Mare, Romania, Sirlau community, 22 May
The meeting was held in the Sirlau school with around 10 persons and one counselor from the local mayorship. Rodica (Branch Secretary) was helped by 2 local volunteers  (1 librarian + 1 nurse) and 2 volunteers from Satu Mare City (1 nurse + 1 teenager). Eva Zsigmond (Branch Secretary and PCD expert), Carmen Andresoi (Head of Social Dept. and PCD Coordinator) and Bogdan Bobolea (Branches Dept. Coordinator).

Rodica and Eva conducted the meeting (Rodica at the beginning and Eva at the end). The official representative of the local community explained why they were just few of the villagers' leaders: a vaccine TB shots for cows carried in the village. Many had to wait at home for the Satu Mare Health Public Authority specialists.

Those involved in the process were very active (offering ideas, asking questions, answering to the questions, working together on the group tasks). It seems that all were happy to participate to the meeting.

Strengths:
-    there are 3 women who are very determined and recognized as leaders among them
-    the persons involved were determined to do the tasks
Weaknesses:
- long distance from Satu Mare
- narrow time window.
Some difficulties of the branch secretary to delegate to the local volunteers to do the job were overcome together at the end of the event.

PCD Training of trainers held in February 2007 in Harghita region, Romania
A PCD Training of Trainers was carried on from 19 to 21 of February 2007 in Tusnad, Harghita region, Romania. The purpose was to prepare people from two Red Cross branches of Satu Mare and Teleorman for starting PCD in 2 vulnerable communities in each region.
These PCD projects are aiming at reducing the risk of trafficking through use of participatory methodologies and involvement of the most risky groups (young people, especially girls) in the community development initiatives.
